All logo embroidery needs a specific digitized file to create the stitching on your custom show product. This file is a one time fee but then you own it! You can use it for hats, jackets, saddle pads and any other items! If you do not have this file please pruchase "Logo Digitized File"

Items must be returned to Exclusive Equine within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be in original and saleable condition. The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Returns will be given the option of exchange or store credit to the value of the item/s originally purchased. Exclusive Equine will provide the exchange for a different size, style and colour given the items chosen are in stock. Kentaur Australia will not exchange for items lost in transit on return to us. No refunds.
Admin/shipping fee of $35 will be retained off all store credits and refunds.
